First Aid Training

FirstAid & Healthcare Academy is a Singapore training provider specialising in first aid, CPR, life support and healthcare education. It is BizSAFE Level 3 certified, a SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) registered provider and ISO 29993:2017 compliant, and its certificates are recognised by bodies including the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC) and the Ministry of Manpower.

The academy serves very different learners: workplace first aiders who need certification to meet regulations, childcare and preschool staff, sports coaches, healthcare professionals, members of the public and aspiring instructors. Each group needs a different course, and the right choice depends on rules most people do not know. We designed and built a website that organises courses into funded courses and instructor courses, each with entry requirements, certificate validity and SkillsFuture funding details set out plainly. An interactive course-finder quiz asks a few questions about the learner's purpose and current certification, then recommends the right course. Accreditations and regulatory recognition are shown prominently to build trust, and a blog answers common questions such as why every workplace needs a certified first aider.
