NTUC Health Co-operative Limited is an NTUC enterprise and one of Singapore's larger providers of health and elderly care, with more than four decades of experience. Its services include senior day care, home care, nursing homes and respite care; active-ageing programmes; rehabilitation (physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy) across more than 20 locations; family medicine; and community support for vulnerable seniors.
The challenge
NTUC Health serves two audiences at once: seniors and, more often, the adult children and caregivers searching on their behalf. Many are anxious and unfamiliar with the care system, and the range of services and locations is wide. Digital work for an organisation of this size has to be easy to navigate, trustworthy in tone and consistent across many programmes.
What we did
We are the webmaster of the website, helping to maintain content in the website, as well as adding new pages and images whenever the client requires.
